This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop, enhance, and document the workflows for the newly established channel account management function.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of partner sales channels to comprehend their unique business models and propose strategic enhancements aimed at boosting the visibility and sales volume of Skylum products.
• Assume complete responsibility for revenue targets and expansion strategies within the assigned partner portfolio, proactively driving growth.
• Creatively design and execute customized marketing campaigns and sales incentives for your partners.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are fully prepared to effectively market Skylum products.
• Facilitate the transition from a first-time buyer to a reliable, active partner through dedicated support and engagement efforts.
• Serve as the internal advocate for partners, addressing any issues related to pricing, assets, or technical support.
• Provide training and enablement to partners on Skylum’s products and technologies.
• Produce highly accurate and detailed reports on partner health, repeat purchase rates, and revenue projections.
• Demonstrated experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the capability to independently establish operational processes from the ground up.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, with a proven history of exploring partner data to independently address complex issues.
• High emotional resilience and a proactive attitude, with a record of taking initiative and ownership in ambiguous circumstances.
• At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Success within the technology industry.
• Established track record of increasing revenue within an existing account portfolio.
• Proficient in managing CRM data and producing accurate revenue forecasts.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
