This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Cultivate relationships at all levels within the partner organization to enhance revenue growth and profitability, specifically focusing on MSP and Managed Detection and Response (MDR).
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the partner's business, investment priorities, and profitability elements to effectively influence the joint business plan, fostering incremental opportunities that drive exceptional growth for both the partner and Sophos.
• Exhibit strong analytical abilities and a proven aptitude for translating detailed data analysis into valuable strategic insights to promote customer adoption and provide relevant recommendations to the business. Establish methods to gauge and monitor metrics associated with the adoption of our solutions, implementing improvements based on those measurements.
• Empower partners to fully utilize Sophos’ extensive solution and service portfolio to enhance their customers' security protection and response capabilities.
• Provide direct support to partners in qualifying and closing intricate customer deals, collaborating with broader sales and sales engineering teams as necessary to collect insights and ensure precise business forecasting.
• Take ownership of and manage the routine joint business review and planning process between Partners and Sophos decision-makers, including well-defined KPIs and SMART goals with established outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to craft marketing strategies that stimulate incremental sales pipelines while ensuring a high return on investment from initiatives such as lead generation campaigns and events.
• Coordinate the engagement of Sophos personnel, including product management, sales, SE, marketing, support, services, and management resources to achieve partner performance objectives and meet partner expectations.
• Promote high renewal rates by ensuring that partners prioritize their renewals and develop an engagement strategy that aligns Sophos and Partner teams, while identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Inspire, educate, and ensure that Partner sales and technical staff are prepared for market engagement, providing access to certification and training resources, while formulating an enablement plan.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in MSP Partner Management within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
• Proven experience in formulating business plans and service offerings in collaboration with MSPs.
• Familiarity with RMM/PSA platforms and integrating commercial models.
• Strategic and long-term thinker with a strong sense of ownership and business leadership to address the needs of a dynamic partnership.
• Ability to develop and implement a joint Partner business plan that aligns with Sophos’ short and long-term goals.
• History of surpassing expectations in a team-oriented, quota-carrying role, consistently achieving quota and key performance metrics.
• Established track record of building and nurturing key C-level/executive relationships, both internally and with Strategic Partners, and comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding territory partner sales quotas, with a solid history in Partner Driven Net New and Customer New business sales.
• Easily engages with others, employing effective questioning and active listening to gather pertinent information.
• Focused on understanding desired outcomes and demonstrating value for Sophos, partners, and customers.
• Proven ability to earn trust with internal stakeholders and drive results through collaboration; excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the capability to work efficiently across internal and external organizations.
• Facilitates strong business partnerships to secure commitment to plans that lead Sophos and Partners toward their desired objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of the target market and its dynamics, with extensive sales experience across all customer sizes and sectors, including Small, Mid, Enterprise, and Public Sector.
• Proficient in Business English – fluent in spoken and written (mandatory).
• Fluent in Dutch – both spoken and written (mandatory).
