📋 Description

• Create and implement sustainable organizational change within multidisciplinary teams.

• Assist clients in adopting new capabilities, managing complexity, and achieving enduring transformation.

• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams on AI, digital services, and contemporary work methodologies.

• Promote agile transformation through governance, team practices, and capability enhancement.

• Oversee the human aspects of AI implementation, including adoption processes, governance, and ethical AI practices.

• Facilitate cultural, structural, and capability advancements for DevOps transformation.

• Aid in the rollout of citizen-facing digital services by redesigning processes, providing training, and engaging stakeholders.

• Help organizations enhance resilience through effective operating models, team configurations, and decision-making strategies.

• Advance product management maturity by defining roles, creating roadmaps, and coaching leaders and teams.

• Assist in the adoption of data, technology, and AI-related regulatory and policy mandates.

• Conduct organizational discovery, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.

• Formulate change strategies, assess organizational readiness, and develop risk mitigation plans.

• Design, implement, and evaluate strategies for adoption and behavioral change outcomes.

• Coach and mentor leaders and teams during complex transformations.

• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and promote ownership.

• Drive change initiatives from mobilization through to adoption and ongoing support.

• Design interventions that address people, processes, culture, and capabilities.

• Establish trusted partnerships and collaborate closely with clients.

• Promote psychological safety, inclusivity, and the establishment of high-performing teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Change Management and Stakeholder Leadership.

• Proficient in applying recognized change management frameworks such as ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, or Lean Change Management.

• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and transition planning.

• Ability to influence frontline teams through executive leadership using data, evidence, and storytelling.

• Experience in designing, delivering, and assessing adoption and behavior change outcomes.

• Confidence in coaching and mentoring leaders and teams through complex transformations.

• Proficient in facilitating workshops.

• Strong understanding of AI as a catalyst for business transformation.

• Experience in supporting AI adoption, governance, capability development, and responsible AI practices.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to improve delivery and client outcomes.

• Capable of evaluating organizational structures, cultures, processes, and methodologies through discovery, interviews, and workshops.

• Skilled in synthesizing complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Understanding of whole-system impacts and interdependencies.

• Experience with stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and journey mapping.

• Proven experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams comprising designers, researchers, product managers, and technologists.

• Demonstrated ability to drive change from mobilization through to adoption and ongoing support.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and resistance.

• Certified practitioner in a recognized change management framework.

• Capable of interpreting performance data and organizational metrics.

• Proficient in systems thinking and co-design methodologies.

• Confident in using tools like Jira, Miro, and Lucid.

• Desirable: Experience with GOV.UK Service Standard or in the public sector.

• Desirable: Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Desirable: Experience in AI governance and implementation.

• Desirable: Experience in agile coaching or organizational design.
