This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive change management processes for significant, impactful initiatives that affect the entire organization.
• Develop and implement cohesive change strategies that include stakeholder engagement, communication, enablement, readiness, and adoption.
• Customize change management tactics to reflect regional, cultural, and specific business considerations.
• Actively identify potential change risks, points of resistance, and interdependencies.
• Integrate change management best practices into the design and implementation of programs.
• Facilitate the successful achievement of enterprise priorities by aligning leadership, teams, and operational behaviors with strategic goals.
• Ensure that change strategies are aligned with business outcomes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or similar strategic positions.
• Proven experience in leading extensive, cross-functional, and multi-regional change initiatives.
• Strong skills in program and project management, including managing dependencies and tracking milestones.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with senior and executive-level audiences.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence, align, and collaborate in complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Certification in change management or project management (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile).
