Senior Change Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement change initiatives, encompassing the assessment of organizational impacts to ensure project sustainability.

• Develop and enact plans/solutions to meet mitigation requirements, including communication and enablement strategies aimed at enhancing both technical and behavioral skills.

• Spearhead the upskilling of content creators for online course development and prepare trainers for the delivery of face-to-face sessions.

• Compile evaluation reports on participant feedback, gather leader insights and performance metrics, offering recommendations for ongoing enhancement of participants' professional growth and supporting both individual and team development.

• Navigate complexities while fostering innovation.

• Training and enablement: create resources and facilitate training workshops for impacted teams.

• Adoption monitoring: analyze adoption metrics and suggest corrective measures as necessary.

• Formulate and implement Organizational Change Management strategies for high-impact projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for strategic projects.

• Background in planning and executing communication and enablement initiatives related to transformation projects.

• Proficient in mapping organizational influences and creating mitigation strategies.

• Skilled in designing and delivering training programs for varied audiences.

• Experience in preparing content developers and instructors for educational programs.

• Familiarity with monitoring adoption metrics, performing reaction assessments, and gathering feedback for continuous enhancement.

• Ability to engage with various departments and organizational levels to facilitate change management and team involvement.

• Expertise in Organizational Change Management.

• Experience in planning and executing communication strategies for effective change.

• Competence in designing and conducting training and enablement sessions.
