This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead efforts in capture, pursuits, and solution architecture across various business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic direction and insights to executives regarding solution design, opportunity positioning, and strategy formulation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance alignment and collaboration.
• Assist executives in making strategic decisions by leveraging data-driven insights.
• Sustain a strong win/loss ratio by creating and implementing effective capture strategies.
• Partner with business development and operations leaders to develop, refine, and execute capture strategies.
• Direct the creation of Capture Win Strategies, ensuring their implementation is in line with organizational objectives.
• Plan and carry out capture activities 12-18+ months prior to RFP releases, while also supporting immediate capture opportunities as required.
• Offer insights and competitive analysis to enhance MCI’s market positioning.
• Develop and implement value propositions, win themes, and differentiators to fortify proposal strategies.
• Participate in pricing strategy discussions and execute data-driven recommendations.
• Perform competitor analysis to pinpoint and address vulnerabilities, utilizing teaming, hiring, and other strategies.
• Supervise the development of responses to RFIs, DRFPs, and RFPs in collaboration with proposal and operations teams.
• Manage teaming partner agreements, NDAs, and data calls to ensure contractual alignment and readiness.
• Identify and secure Key Personnel while aligning resources with opportunity requirements.
• Review past performance records and manage proposal inputs to ensure compliance and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of applicable professional experience in Federal capture management and business development.
• Extensive background in working with Federal Departments and Agencies, including Treasury (IRS, BFS), FDIC, SEC, Education (FSA), Commerce (Census), Energy, Justice, State, Transportation, and Labor.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities with a capacity to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical skills with experience in pricing models and execution strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and other relevant software tools.
• Skilled negotiator with a strategic approach and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and perform effectively under uncertainty.
