This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Formulate strategies, capture plans, and winning approaches for Federal Remediation opportunities.
• Direct resource identification, proposal capture tactics, value proposition formulation, bid and commercial strategies, proposal submissions, interview preparation, negotiation assistance, and team collaboration.
• Oversee the transition from opportunity through proposal to award.
• Supervise bid strategies, pricing, teaming, proposal tactics, and pursuit transitions.
• Ensure prioritization, funding, and organizational structure for pursuits.
• Provide market insights to aid in pursuit strategy formulation.
• Assist with legal, risk, and contract evaluations.
• Lead Readiness to Win processes and executive assessments.
• Develop and manage capture planning and opportunity evaluation.
• Propel proposal themes, messaging, differentiation, and innovation.
• Support proposal pricing based on scope and necessary skills.
• Offer customer advocacy and voice-of-customer insights.
• Identify and coordinate teaming and subcontracting arrangements.
• Establish go/no-go and pink, red, and green review thresholds.
• Create and sustain price-to-win analyses.
• Plan execution milestones and track progress.
• Collaborate with technical and account teams on competitive proposals.
• Partner with marketing for proposals and branding materials.
• Assist with strategic planning alongside the Sales Director.
• Facilitate lessons learned and client feedback processes.
• Maintain precise opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Support AECOM’s Environmental Remediation–Federal practice across CERCLA, RCRA, MMRP, PFAS, and related programs for the Army, Navy, Air Force, EPA, and DOE.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or a related earth science field.
• 10 years of relevant experience, or a proven equivalency of experience and/or education.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must reside within the mainland USA territory.
• U.S. citizens living outside the U.S. must be willing to relocate back within the U.S. mainland.
• Experience with diverse accounts and proposal execution.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
