Senior Capture Manager

📋 Description

• The Senior Capture Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of high-value defense capture campaigns.

• Direct capture initiatives on strategic pursuits that align with GMRE’s growth objectives.

• Create and implement multi-year capture roadmaps.

• Oversee the development, execution, and accountability of win strategies from the initial shaping phase through to the award stage.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies for analyzing customer insights and competitive intelligence.

• Collaborate effectively within a high-achieving Business Development team.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders.

• Identify and evaluate potential federal government contracting opportunities.

• Work closely with the proposal team to ensure consistency with the capture strategy.

• Analyze trends in the federal marketplace and assess competitor capabilities.

• Identify and evaluate risks associated with each opportunity and devise mitigation strategies.

• Familiarity with Dow/DoD acquisition environments.
