Capture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned opportunities within the HII MTC growth framework

• Create, oversee, and take ownership of the Capture Plan and strategy

• Cultivate customer relationships through effective interpersonal communication

• Conduct gap analysis of HII MTC capabilities

• Lead competitive analysis efforts and coordinate Black Hat sessions

• Implement winning strategies that highlight HII MTC’s value proposition

• Guide the development of Win Themes and technical/management solutions

• Initiate and engage in teaming negotiations

• Develop and oversee the B&P budget for opportunities

• Organize internal price-to-win assessments

• Assist in proposal development activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; or 4 years of relevant progressive experience with a Master's; or a High School Diploma and 10 years of relevant experience

• Secret Clearance required

• Comprehensive understanding of the capture process and experience with various contract types

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in engineering and/or program management is preferred

• Capability to articulate both business and technical visions

• Strong expertise in proposal development

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
