Senior Capture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Become an integral part of the Business Development team, focusing on key pursuits that drive company growth.

• A self-motivated individual capable of building teams and executing a successful Win Strategy.

• Engage with customers to identify their primary requirements and demonstrate how AMERICAN SYSTEMS can fulfill those needs.

• Collaborate across the organization to develop and implement winning strategies that enhance competitive advantages in bids, effectively positioning AMERICAN SYSTEMS.

• Lead and negotiate teaming agreements and strategic partnerships.

• Partner with the Solutions team to craft competitive solutions that satisfy customer requirements and align with Price to Win objectives.

• Provide advice and support for other capture initiatives by participating in color team reviews.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the legislative process.

• Maintain existing relationships with external stakeholders, including key customers and community partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant business, technical, or professional discipline.

• A total of 10 years of experience in federal government procurement.

• A demonstrated history of successful captures within Government Contracting.
