This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of portfolio performance analytics, including cohort-level assessments, credit attribute segmentation, prepayment behavior analysis, loss trend monitoring, and collateral performance forecasting — integrating insights into actionable recommendations for transaction structuring and discussions with investors.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting infrastructure that supports investor transparency, rating agency reports, internal capital planning, and facility compliance monitoring — ensuring accuracy and timeliness while gaining greater independence.
• Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of capital markets transactions such as forward flow agreements, warehouse credit facilities, and asset-backed securitizations, progressively taking ownership of defined workstreams.
• Prepare and present investor diligence materials, data packages, and portfolio performance reports, acting as a knowledgeable contact for routine investor inquiries and data requests.
• Oversee warehouse facility utilization, covenant compliance, and performance triggers across active credit facilities, proactively identifying issues and recommending actions within set frameworks.
• Manage investor due diligence processes, coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables across internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for institutional counterparties.
• Collaborate across functions with Credit & Risk, Product, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, and Servicing to ensure data integrity, operational alignment, and smooth transaction execution.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, ABS banking or trading, private credit, investment banking (focused on FIG or ABS), rating agencies, or an online lending platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required; an advanced degree may be considered as a substitute for experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in Excel and a solid understanding of consumer credit asset classes, ABS structures, and key performance indicators (CPR, CDR, OC/IC triggers).
• Proven ability to independently tackle moderate scope problems — capable of evaluating a portfolio trend, determining the appropriate analytical approach, and presenting recommendations without needing step-by-step guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to convert complex analyses into clear narratives for both external investors and internal leadership.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment, with the capability to manage multiple workstreams and exercise discretion within established procedures and practices.
• Collaborative and resourceful, comfortable operating within a lean team and working across functions to obtain necessary information and alignment.
