This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise marketing automation, lead nurturing strategies, and AI-driven operational processes.
• Create and manage intricate email nurture sequences that guide leads through the buyer's journey.
• Act as the main administrator for the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and CRM, ensuring lead cleanliness and precise routing to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, particularly RevOps, to guarantee a unified approach to campaign and lead management.
• Test and enhance email functionalities to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Oversee timelines and resources to ensure the prompt execution of automated marketing initiatives.
• Develop AI-driven and agentic processes to support the operations and marketing team as a whole.
• Serve as the internal expert for Clay to scale personalized and automated operational workflows.
• Suggest and apply technical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and enrich the lead experience.
• Conduct routine audits of the marketing database to pinpoint areas for technical enhancement and data cleanup.
• Monitor the health of the marketing database and reporting hygiene using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and Marketo Measure.
• Track, report, and assess email nurture performance and marketing process efficiency to inform strategic decisions.
• Regularly present performance outcomes regarding campaign delivery and lead management to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Establish KPIs and benchmarks, utilizing data-driven insights to refine future campaign operations.
• Minimum of 4 years in campaign operations, marketing automation, or RevOps.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation principles, lead routing strategies, and attribution reporting.
• Strong proficiency or relevant experience with CRM and MAP platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), attribution tools (Marketo Measure), and/or AI-driven operational tools (Clay).
• Capability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and utilize insights to inform project decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to recognizing technical challenges and devising effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel (1-2 times per year).
