Senior Campaign Manager, SaaS Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Spearhead growth marketing initiatives for 1Password's SaaS Manager solution.

• Drive demand creation, generate pipeline, and identify repeatable growth mechanisms.

• Take ownership of new logo demand generation and strategies for cross-sell expansion.

• Collaborate with Product, PMM, and Sales teams to unlock pipeline opportunities and establish a robust marketing engine.

• Develop and utilize AI agents and automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

• Demonstrated capability to manage pipeline outcomes from start to finish.

• Significant experience in leading cross-functional projects.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and buying committees.

• Strong grasp of enterprise B2B SaaS growth metrics.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to provide clear recommendations and influence decision-making.

• Proactive application of AI as a force-multiplier for demand generation activities.

• Location Requirement: Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
