This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee paid social campaigns independently across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Enhance ad placements, targeting, and creative strategies to align with client goals.
• Perform performance analysis and reporting utilizing Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.
• Act as the main contact for mid-tier client accounts, managing up to 12–14 accounts or $50,000 in MRR.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations to boost campaign effectiveness and audience targeting.
• Handle client escalations independently and suggest resolution strategies as necessary.
• Employ advanced optimization methods, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing to improve performance and ROI.
• Present data-driven insights and compelling presentations to sway client decisions.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering the development of foundational paid social skills.
• Participate in process enhancement initiatives to elevate efficiency and performance.
• 3-5 years of experience in an agency and e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of various advertising ecosystems across all major social media platforms.
• Proven experience and confidence in a client-facing position.
• Background in managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging from $50,000 to $500,000+/month per client.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Shopify backend.
• Strong understanding of paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
• Skilled in analyzing performance metrics and using attribution tools to refine strategies.
• Capability to independently address mid-level escalations and devise solutions for client issues.
• Excellent communication skills for managing client expectations and reporting performance insights.
• Competent in creating and implementing A/B testing and advanced audience segmentation techniques.
• Experience in training and guiding junior team members.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Must be able to obtain Meta, Blue Print, and TikTok certifications within six months.
