This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of enterprise marketing sourced pipeline generation objectives through strategic campaigns, audience development, and programs.
• Collaborate with Solution Marketing to identify new logo ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target clients, priority use cases, and demand hypotheses.
• Convert product strategy into compelling market narratives that emphasize value, along with demand generation strategies and activation initiatives.
• Create comprehensive demand generation campaigns utilizing AI tools for audience segmentation, tailored creative approaches, and optimal channel investments to enhance engagement and pipeline growth.
• Formulate campaign briefs, timelines, and project plans, ensuring alignment and the timely delivery of projects with defined ownership and accountability.
• Experiment with new campaigns, strategies, and market entry routes that yield significant impact.
• Regularly track and report on marketing performance, working with early traction indicators to learn quickly and iterate based on outcomes.
• Collaborate with Performance & Paid Media, Growth Web, and Field Marketing to develop omni-channel initiatives.
• Work with Solution Marketing to craft positioning, messaging frameworks, and supporting evidence.
• Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Design to create and refine high-performing assets throughout all buyer journey stages, from awareness to closed-won.
• Work closely with Sales to facilitate early pipeline generation and refine qualification and messaging based on real-world insights.
• 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing in the B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sector.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and assess multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth, adoption, and revenue impact.
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional projects, including initiatives that launch new products or capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the content/messaging necessary to influence them.
• Strong grasp of enterprise B2B SaaS growth metrics, including ARR, pipeline generation, product adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, capable of balancing experimentation, data, and strategic judgment.
• Proven capability to deliver clear recommendations and sway decisions at all organizational levels.
• Experience leveraging AI as a multiplier for demand generation activities—accelerating research, insights, and content iteration—while maintaining brand voice and accuracy.
