Senior Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and implementation of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our global clients.

• Conduct extensive audience research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to grasp each client’s unique selling propositions (USPs), market demands, and determine the appropriate positioning for the client.

• Establish the targeting and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria for each campaign grounded in thorough audience research.

• Develop messaging for outbound campaigns utilizing a blend of your own copywriting, AI tools, and comprehensive audience insights.

• Assess campaign performance and suggest enhancements aimed at achieving our campaign KPIs and boosting lead volume.

• Discover, analyze, and experiment with new campaign strategies and target niches to increase positive responses.

• Engage with clients to prepare reports that highlight progress and results, while also managing client retention and opportunities for upselling.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, or as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in technology firms.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email sequencing tools.

• Demonstrated ability to craft high-converting cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, with evidence of your work available.

• Proficient in prompt engineering and AI platforms for developing messaging flows tailored to each campaign.

• Background in the technology, SaaS, software sector, or experience at a rapidly growing startup.

• Eagerness to explore new AI Sales tools monthly to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Highly organized and structured, exhibiting strong communication skills, a sense of accountability, and the capability to consistently meet deadlines.
