This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Implement the transition plan from tolling to turnkey.
• Ensure close collaboration with turnkey suppliers.
• Develop and execute purchasing workflows, establish PO management standards, and uphold data integrity practices.
• Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and complete traceability of POs.
• Identify, assess, and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Perform cost analyses and introduce cost-saving initiatives.
• Act as the primary purchasing liaison for Finance, Operations, Quality, and Product Development.
• 4–7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) supply chains.
• Strong advantage for those with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel and ERP/MRP systems are required.
• Proven experience in negotiating supplier contracts and overseeing vendor performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-direction.
