Senior Business Transformation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of assigned initiatives from start to finish. Define the scope and success criteria, create a strategic plan, and drive each initiative to successful completion and adoption. Utilize 1-page roadmaps to monitor progress and communicate proactively with leadership.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define issues, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis. Work alongside internal and external technical experts to develop solutions that address genuine business needs and highlight what sets Hermanson apart.

• Conduct effective workshops, identify stakeholder challenges, and foster consensus to ensure that process changes are in alignment with business objectives.

• Create and provide training, communications, and support to ensure employees successfully adopt new processes and systems.

• Assist in defining KPIs to measure the impact of new processes, showcase delivered value, and pinpoint areas for further refinement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in business process analysis and project management, with a proven record of owning initiatives from vague problems to implemented, accepted outcomes.

• Solid management fundamentals with the capability to collaborate effectively with business process owners and maintain scope on defined initiatives.

• Ability to work autonomously and independently throughout the complete business transformation lifecycle with minimal guidance.

• Demonstrated success in optimizing processes and improving systems.

• Experience in process mapping, requirements documentation, and applying best practices.

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
