This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary IT contact and trusted advisor for G&A stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Convert business needs into effective, scalable, and well-documented solutions.
• Spearhead hands-on initiatives for process enhancement and optimize the value of existing platforms.
• Foster user adoption through training, communication, and change management in coordination with the Business Process Owner.
• Manage and provide support for G&A applications, particularly in Procurement, CLM, and finance platforms.
• Conduct configuration, enhancements, user acceptance testing, security administration, and release/regression testing.
• Collaborate with an outsourced remote Managed Service Provider (MSP) on ticket triage, backlog prioritization, SLA monitoring, and escalations.
• Assist in contract lifecycle management, procurement, supplier data, spending, inventory, and reporting processes.
• Assess and pilot new business technologies.
• Discover and develop opportunities for AI, Copilot, and workflow automation.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Analyze emerging technologies to modernize manual workflows.
• Collaborate on the design, construction, and maintenance of enterprise integrations.
• Fulfill IT SOX, ITGC, audit, security, and SDLC/change-management requirements, including the preparation of evidence and support for walkthroughs.
• Ensure that solutions comply with standards for compliance, scalability, and operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of practical experience in enterprise business systems.
• Proven track record of achieving efficiency improvements using AI technologies and tools.
• Robust administration and implementation experience in Procurement/P2P (Coupa) and contract lifecycle management (Ironclad or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, inventory, supplier onboarding, legal operations, and related controls.
• Experience managing MSP partnerships and accountability for outsourced or offshore application support.
• Strong understanding of evidential SOX, ITGC, audit controls, and governance requirements.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional business application integrations.
• Proficient in reporting, analytics, and process design.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure framework, including the Power Platform.
• Hands-on subject matter expert in business systems with expertise in Coupa and CLM.
• Proven success in delivering AI-enabled process enhancements.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with auditors, offshore/remote support teams, and business process owners.
• Capable of balancing strategic projects with day-to-day support and compliance tasks.
• Professional certifications in enterprise platforms (Coupa, Ironclad, etc.) are preferred but not mandatory.
• ITIL, TOGAF, or similar technology governance/architecture certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal spend/matter management (Brightflag or equivalent), ERP (NetSuite or comparable), and SaaS integrations/APIs/middleware/workflow automation platforms (such as Workato) is preferred but not required.
