This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to sustain a prioritized strategic roadmap, while coordinating and executing Salesforce.com and Professional Services Automation (PSA) / FinancialForce projects and enhancements.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management abilities to efficiently gather requirements, assess options, and design as well as deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take ownership of functional tasks and deliverables, which include: SOX reporting, process definition, requirements gathering and backlog management, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and ongoing improvement of business applications.
• Develop and update project, application, architectural design, and process documentation.
• Strive to enhance adoption and alignment across the organization’s business processes and systems.
• Ensure data consistency and quality throughout the company.
• Utilize and advocate for best practices while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
• Over 7 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce and FinancialForce (or similar).
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, diligent, and an excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to meet with and present information to senior leadership.
• Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) and FinancialForce/Certinia certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with PSA concepts such as resource management, project billing, and revenue recognition is preferred.
• A strong passion for creating a seamless end-user experience.
• Demonstrated capability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving situations.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, ecosystem, and best practices.
