Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, design, and enhance business systems and processes to fulfill organizational requirements

• Collect and document business needs while closely collaborating with stakeholders

• Work alongside R&D and engineering teams to deploy technological solutions

• Serve as a bridge between R&D, business divisions, and engineering teams

• Continuously evaluate system performance and refine processes

• Spearhead change management initiatives associated with new systems and processes

• Examine business data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer insights and recommendations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Deep knowledge of business processes, system design, and engineering solutions

• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system deployment

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Expertise in business analysis tools, databases, and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
