Principal Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Copilot)

• Promote the adoption of M365 Copilot and contemporary collaboration tools

• Manage clear, user-centered communication regarding M365 changes and updates

• Ensure the platform's performance, security, and compliance

• Collaborate with business and IT to provide M365 solutions that meet specific needs

• Develop standards, documentation, and best practices

• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and provide mentorship to team members

• Monitor usage and adoption metrics to foster continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in large, global environments

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 platform

• Practical experience with M365 Copilot or equivalent tools

• Strong knowledge of M365 security and governance

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred
