This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume a leadership role in collaborating with cross-functional teams within an Agile environment to collect and document business requirements for software development initiatives.
• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level analysts while offering technical expertise.
• Analyze and convert business needs into well-defined user stories, ensuring they align with project objectives.
• Facilitate efficient communication between business stakeholders and development teams to guarantee a mutual understanding of project requirements.
• Perform analysis on existing systems and processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and enhance efficiency.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to review story requirements and validate system functionalities.
• Participate in implementations, troubleshoot issues, conduct impact assessments, and propose solutions.
• Evaluate system enhancements alongside project stakeholders.
• Develop flow diagrams and document technical solutions.
• Commit to continuous learning and adaptation to contemporary technologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends in business analysis and Agile methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a comparable technology industry background.
• Expertise in identifying and resolving business challenges through innovative and practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to all organizational levels.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing system requirements from stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of complex multi-platform applications and systems.
• Proficient communication and documentation skills to generate thorough reports, manuals, workflows, and specifications.
• Ability to effectively manage tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in project scope, requirements, or technological advancements.
