This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage daily Salesforce configuration tasks.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc business change requests from start to finish, covering requirements, delivery, fields, objects, flows, page layouts, and automation.
• Work independently on complex configurations; ensure adherence to the team’s quality standards and utilize technical judgment to determine when to escalate issues versus executing solutions.
• Assist in release preparation by supporting testing, documentation, and deployment coordination using Gearset.
• Enforce AI-readiness daily by maintaining field descriptions, naming conventions, object cleanliness, and metadata consistency.
• Conduct regular data quality audits and proactively alert the senior team to any degradation or gaps before they escalate into incidents.
• Manage data quality dashboards and hygiene reports, ensuring metrics are up-to-date, identifying anomalies, and sharing insights with the team.
• Develop and sustain Salesforce Flow and validation rule automation, focusing on not just maintenance but also discovering opportunities to eliminate manual work.
• Oversee the Business Systems support queue and Slack channel as the primary coverage owner, responsible for triaging, prioritizing, resolving, and escalating issues as needed.
• Take charge of process documentation as a key responsibility.
• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a business systems role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, including fields, objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and ideally some exposure to Apex.
• Exceptional attention to detail: you recognize inconsistencies and address them correctly rather than finding workarounds.
• Excellent written communication skills: capable of documenting your work clearly and coherently so that others can understand.
• Proven experience managing small-to-medium Salesforce projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, building, testing, and deploying.
• Familiarity with AI or LLM tools in a Go-To-Market (GTM) or Revenue Operations (RevOps) context, or a strong desire to learn.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform Builder.
• Awareness of data governance principles, including field standards, naming conventions, and metadata hygiene.
• Experience in a cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical B2B environment.
• Experience with Gearset or similar Salesforce deployment tools.
• Meal Allowance of 9.60 EUR Daily.
• Annual Corporate Bonus Plan of 10%.
• New Hire Stock Plan worth 770 Annually.
