This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as a senior system administrator within the Business Applications team.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Applications team and other NetSuite administrators.
• Ensure effective utilization of NetSuite and associated enterprise platforms like Zip (Procurement/Sourcing) and Navan (Time & Expense).
• Lead the conversion of intricate Finance, Procurement, and Accounting requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Implement system modifications and process automations based on clearly defined, approved, and prioritized tasks.
• Assist with platform updates and releases by adhering to established testing, validation, and deployment strategies.
• Conduct configuration, workflow modifications, and system maintenance for the procurement platform.
• Ensure the accuracy of core system data in accordance with documented standards.
• Develop and maintain test cases for assigned enhancements and fixes.
• Facilitate deployments utilizing established best practices.
• Function as an individual contributor, resolving issues escalated through Business Applications.
• 5-10 years of experience in systems administration.
• Experience or familiarity with various accounting platforms, such as NetSuite, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Zip, Navan, or similar.
• NetSuite Admin or other relevant certifications, or a keen interest in obtaining preferred NetSuite certifications including ERP Consultant, Financial User, Suite Analytics, Application Developer, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SOX compliance and tracking, including active participation in internal and external audits.
• Familiarity (preferably in a development environment) with JavaScript/Suite Script, SQL, and HTML.
• Exposure to REST/SOAP, APIs, XML/JSON, as well as Finance/Accounting background or experience, is also preferred.
