Business Processes Improvement – Automation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and technology systems to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.

• Assess existing tools, platforms, and software solutions, providing recommendations for upgrades or replacements when necessary.

• Discover automation possibilities to minimize manual tasks, enhance accuracy, and boost operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute process enhancements across various departments, such as Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Administration.

• Convert business needs into precise technical specifications for developers and technology collaborators.

• Serve as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure that solutions fulfill operational requirements.

• Oversee technology implementation projects from the planning phase through deployment and optimization.

• Produce process documentation, workflows, and system guidelines to promote consistency and scalability.

• Investigate and suggest new technologies, AI solutions, integrations, and automation tools capable of enhancing business performance.

• Analyze data and system usage to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Assist with the continuous optimization of CRM, ERP, communication, reporting, and other business systems.

• Provide training to team members on new tools, workflows, and technological advancements.

• Demonstrated experience in business systems analysis, operational optimization, automation, or digital transformation.

• Capability to analyze intricate workflows and identify improvement opportunities.

• Experience in implementing automation solutions, integrations, or workflow enhancements.

• Strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills with both developers and non-technical teams.

• Proficiency in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Robust project management and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.

• Advanced English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
