This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Accountable for the support, enhancement, and implementation of software applications utilized within the organization.
• Supervise and direct intermediate-scale projects or segments of large-scale initiatives; create project plans, timelines, and coordinate project resources.
• Identify opportunities to utilize technologies that enhance and improve business practices by designing and implementing application/product enhancements.
• Act as a liaison to customers, end-users, relevant IT personnel, and software vendors regularly to ensure alignment of technological functionality with operational processes.
• Evaluate, research, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements, selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modeling techniques to elicit requirements.
• Create detailed test cases, execute them, and present results to business and tech managers for approval.
• Collaborate with developers to devise solutions and provide estimates regarding cost and time for fixes and enhancements.
• Conduct long-term analysis and design of systems and hardware to sustain production environments.
• Synthesize requirements and formulate recommendations that align with the business objectives.
• Participate in project teams tasked with developing or modifying highly complex information systems.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field such as Computer Science, Business, Technical, Education, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology (Required).
• Candidates lacking a bachelor’s degree but possessing 6 or more years of relevant experience may be considered.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (Required).
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS (Preferred).
• Experience with pricing configuration in NetworX Pricer (Required).
• Experience with pricing configuration for Commercial plans (Required).
• Familiarity with QNXT is preferred, but experience with Facets will also be accepted.
