This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for senior-level and challenging business roles at Alpaca.
• Create proactive talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping, particularly for niche fintech profiles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish hiring strategies, facilitate interview processes, and ensure searches progress smoothly.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and considerate closing techniques.
• Offer insights to stakeholders regarding market trends, compensation structures, leveling, and hiring competitiveness on a global scale.
• Utilize recruiting data and funnel metrics to pinpoint gaps, enhance conversion rates, and inform hiring decisions.
• Refine recruiting processes and systems, incorporating interview training, ATS best practices, structured interviewing, and scalable documentation.
• Contribute to strengthening Alpaca’s employer brand and the way we present opportunities to top talent.
• Over 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on senior-level hiring in dynamic tech environments.
• Proven success in hiring for regulated fintech positions (risk, compliance, brokerage operations, tax, finance, legal).
• Strong sourcing skills: you have successfully built pipelines from the ground up and consistently provided qualified candidates for specialized roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and coaching senior leaders while managing efficient hiring processes.
• Experience in developing structured and effective interview processes that enhance hiring quality and decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to professionally and credibly engage senior candidates and stakeholders.
• Data-savvy and comfortable leveraging funnel metrics, ATS reporting, and recruiting analytics to guide decisions.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams across various time zones.
