This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Assist in advancing the Availity enterprise strategy by coordinating initiatives and engaging stakeholders.
• Assess and enhance the capabilities of the Availity portfolio by measuring performance and business value.
• Identify, create, and implement process improvement opportunities using continuous improvement principles and LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Promote the adoption of solutions that enhance efficiency, provider experience, and operational results across various business functions.
• Oversee process improvement projects and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure deadlines and goals are achieved.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or MHA is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or a related process improvement field, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Prior experience with process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software.
