Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee our partners (such as payment service providers and sales associates) and independently address any issues that arise.

• You will collaborate closely with the Logistics and Customer Success teams to ensure that no tasks are overlooked.

• You will alleviate the workload of the executive team by taking complete ownership of operational responsibilities.

• You will bring clarity to chaotic situations and lead initiatives to successful completion.

• You will handle escalation cases and resolve them in a pragmatic manner.

• You possess experience in Operations, Business Development, or a similar role.

• You remain composed even when juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• You are able to work autonomously and do not require detailed instructions for every assignment.

• You are committed to following through on issues, even when they become challenging.

• You communicate effectively and can confidently ask for what you need.

• You have a strong aptitude for numbers and can understand interconnections.

• You are eager to take on responsibility rather than simply supporting others.

• Experience in payments or POS systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Proficiency in the German language is essential.
