Operations Manager – Microsoft Solution Services, Global Business Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Business Rhythm for GBA.

• Collaborate with GBA leadership to establish and maintain the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence.

• Facilitate proactive operational reviews to ensure accurate financial, time, and utilization forecasting across key GBA programs.

• Lead and engage in advanced operational reporting and forecasting structures for strategic opportunities, which include a large network of customer prospects.

• Develop and supervise the reporting required for GBA consultant delivery and account leadership.

• Assist with significant pursuits through bid management coordination and the execution of close plans to secure the work.

• Collaborate with Sales and the Project Management Office for GBA to establish effective sales to project start/delivery handoff procedures.

• Experience in working with global teams, including close collaboration with teams based in North America and India.

• Oversee the execution of GBA staffing, approval, and resource management procedures to ensure consistency and operational alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in delivery operations, business operations, or consulting operations.

• Strong comprehension of services businesses and consulting operations, including the interconnection of sales pipeline, delivery forecasting, resource planning, staffing, utilization, and financial performance.

• Ability to adapt and align with the business's current state.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.

• Experience in building and enhancing operational processes, delivery standards, governance models, and sales-to-delivery handoff procedures.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical operational execution.
