Senior Business Process Consultant – ITAM, HAM, SAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead extensive business process discovery, analysis, and design initiatives across various client portfolios.

• Define and drive strategic customer outcomes that align with platform capabilities and adhere to industry best practices.

• Act as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders regarding business transformation and change management.

• Supervise the efforts of Business Process Architects and Business Analysts, offering guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to develop scalable, outcome-driven implementation strategies.

• Contribute to the creation and standardization of business process methodologies, playbooks, and frameworks.

• Represent the organization in thought leadership activities such as webinars, whitepapers, and conferences.

• Identify and address business and delivery risks early in the engagement lifecycle.

• Lead special projects across Delivery and Innovation teams to enhance our delivery capabilities.

• Drive continuous improvement in client engagements through feedback loops, retrospectives, and measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM.

• Proficient in business process architecture principles and service design for ServiceNow.

• Capability to operate strategically while also being hands-on when necessary.

• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Outstanding leadership and team development skills across distributed, global teams.

• Proficient in navigating ambiguity and driving change through influence.

• Comprehensive understanding of value realization and outcome mapping.

• Experience in aligning business and IT objectives within complex enterprise environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—capable of articulating asset optimization strategies to both CFOs and technical teams.

• A consultative approach focused on achieving measurable business outcomes and sustainable cost control.
