This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the discovery of current-state processes through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and reviews of documentation.
• Utilize process mapping and mining tools to map end-to-end business processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Compare client processes against industry best practices and reference frameworks for benchmarking.
• Create data-driven analyses and forecasted outcomes to support client decision-making.
• Design future-state business processes that align with client strategies, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
• Develop business cases for process improvements, complete with quantified impact estimates, effort sizing, and prioritization frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to validate findings and collaboratively design solutions.
• Generate process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), RACI frameworks, and governance models.
• Break down ambiguous client challenges and outline paths to resolution.
• Create action plans and recommendations based on research, data analysis, and industry insights.
• Produce presentations, assessments, and roadmaps for both executive and working-team audiences.
• Collaborate across technology implementation, organizational change management (OCM), and project management office (PMO) workstreams.
• Adhere to Argano's delivery methodology and incorporate lessons learned into practice.
• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Provide process expertise and client insights for proposals and business development initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations.
• A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for business, economics, finance, engineering, or operations management fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in business process consulting, operational improvement, or management consulting.
• Proven track record in leading process assessments, redesign initiatives, and operating model engagements from discovery to implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes in at least one area: Supply Chain, Finance & Record-to-Report, Procurement, HR & Workforce Management, or Sales & Order Management.
• Experience in facilitating workshops with cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau, or similar software.
• Established ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with process mapping and mining tools, including Signavio, Celonis, Visio, or Lucidchart, is preferred.
• Background in supporting or collaborating on ERP or enterprise technology implementations is preferred.
• Knowledge of process reference frameworks like APQC PCF or SCOR is preferred.
• Experience in developing business cases with quantified ROI and value-at-stake analyses is preferred.
