This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee the business operating rhythms, which include planning cycles, team interactions, action tracking, and following up on significant decisions and commitments.
• Develop and sustain reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, plans, dependencies, meeting outcomes, risks, and communications with stakeholders.
• Examine operational data and team feedback to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvements in processes, resource utilization, and execution.
• Assist in annual and quarterly planning by gathering inputs, consolidating plans, tracking milestones, and preparing materials for leadership reviews.
• Design, document, and continuously enhance scalable processes, templates, and operational mechanisms.
• Facilitate the adoption of business tools and automation that enhance visibility, accountability, and execution speed for teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, finance, and operations teams.
• Report directly to the Director of Strategy & Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 years, or a PhD and 3 years, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in business operations, business planning, program management, product operations, go-to-market operations, or a similar operational role.
• Proven experience in supporting cross-functional planning, operational rhythms, reporting, or process improvement in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to utilize data for analysis and insight development, performance tracking, and supporting business decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in organizing complex information into clear updates and actionable materials.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities, fostering productive partnerships, and ensuring follow-through without direct authority.
• Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, product management, product operations, go-to-market execution, or customer lifecycle programs.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, and reporting workflows.
• Demonstrated success in promoting the use of Airtable or similar work-management tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity and automation tools, including AI assistants or coding agents such as Codex.
• Experience with dashboards, CRM/reporting tools, financial analysis, and program management methodologies.
• Candidates must be located in the West Region for consideration.
