This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of NRH’s Salesforce CRM as a vital strategic asset.
• Provide direct supervision to the part-time BizDev Administrator.
• Create dashboards and reports that offer leadership immediate insights into pipeline health, closure rates, and revenue projections.
• Oversee integration initiatives between Salesforce and other organizational tools.
• Carry out client research, competitive benchmarking, and proposal scoping autonomously.
• Craft and enhance pitch decks, proposals, and accompanying materials to meet high standards.
• Lead sales discussions for high Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) clients.
• Administer client contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Assist with partnership transitions and other strategic relationships.
• Ensure precise documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions.
• Promote cross-team alignment among Sales, Consulting, and Insights on common operational objectives.
• Own and oversee the operational budget for Business Development systems and tools.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or a related field.
• Prior experience in managing or supervising direct reports or contractors.
• Proven experience working within a sales or business development team.
• Experience managing contracts, renewals, or client operations—not just providing support.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
• High level of comfort with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Experience in supporting remote teams or distributed operations.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Google Drive, or similar project management platforms.
