This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze complex and ambiguous strategic challenges for Coinbase's leadership team and formulate actionable recommendations supported by data and quantitative modeling.

• Create business cases and financial models that pinpoint new opportunities and directly influence the Institutional product and go-to-market strategy.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the dynamic crypto landscape to enhance strategic recommendations.

• Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses, assess impact, and drive measurable improvements across Institutional products.

• Take ownership of problems from start to finish, encompassing initial framing, analysis, recommendations, and implementation, rather than just delivering the slide deck.

• Enhance team capabilities by refining existing processes, frameworks, and operational tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy, showcasing ownership of comprehensive strategic workstreams.

• Demonstrated ability to construct quantitative models and business cases that have directly impacted executive or leadership decisions.

• Knowledge of institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital asset markets.

• Proven history of delivering clear and concise written and verbal recommendations to senior stakeholders in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Hex, Superset, Looker) or crypto analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Etherscan) is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Employs generative AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and drive measurable enhancements in workflow efficiency, costs, and quality.
