Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take charge of essential infrastructure that supports the entire organization.

• Create new API connections to external data sources.

• Model and present data to key stakeholders effectively.

• Design automated AI workflows that boost productivity across various teams.

• Concentrate on data initiatives aligned with go-to-market strategies.

• Develop foundational systems that enable AI functionalities within our database and business platforms.

• Integrate data between SevenRooms and DoorDash.

• Lead initiatives across different departments and set governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with DBT.

• At least 1 year of experience in owning and architecting production-grade data pipelines from start to finish.

• Over 4 years of experience in managing and administering a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.

• More than 4 years of proven SQL expertise.

• At least 2 years of Python experience applied to real-world data problems.

• Familiarity with API integrations, data extraction, and workflow orchestration using Airflow or Cloud Composer.

• Experience in deploying or launching AI models within a business environment.

• A strong track record of independently managing multiple high-priority projects.
