Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Epic reporting solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports within the Epic reporting framework, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

• Utilize Epic's reporting tools to create and enhance reports according to end-user needs.

• Work alongside Epic analysts and end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting functionality or data integrity.

• Partner with the Data and Analytics team to integrate Epic reporting solutions with various systems and data sources.

• Provide training and support to end users for utilizing and interpreting Epic reports.

• Engage in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements associated with Epic reporting.

• Document technical specifications, data mappings, and report configurations in our enterprise data catalog.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies when developing and maintaining Epic reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is advantageous.

• Certification in Epic's Cogito Administration or other relevant Epic certifications.

• Demonstrated experience in report development within the Epic reporting environment, with familiarity in Clarity or Caboodle.

• Understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA, with the capability to ensure compliance in report development.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

• Familiarity with Epic modules and their underlying data structures is highly desirable.
