Senior Business Intelligence Developer, Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Designs and develops reporting applications such as BI dashboards, reporting cubes, and batch reports.

• Collaborates with project lead and business users to collect requirements and create specifications.

• Creates and maintains testing strategies and plans.

• Offers production support for Business Intelligence functionalities.

• Guides and trains other BI Developers, Data Analysts, and power users.

• Oversees the scope of deliverables within the designated release timeframe.

• Coordinates with revenue cycle colleagues regarding infrastructure and tool setups.

• Enhances and supports the definition of the vision and direction for the RC Data Analytics team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology.

• At least seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology.

• Five (5) years of experience as a BI developer in a substantial data warehouse and business intelligence setting.

• Five (5) years of experience utilizing BI technologies such as Business Objects, Cognos, Qlikview, and Tableau.

• Five (5) years of experience in writing and optimizing advanced SQL.

• Proven expertise and experience in the creation and maintenance of BI tool suites.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong capability in leading technical projects, tasks, and analyses.

• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare terminology is preferred.
