Senior BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish connections between BI and Data departments with international offices.

• Convert business requirements from various countries into organized visual and analytical solutions.

• Collaborate directly with teams from diverse national backgrounds.

• Leverage technical skills in data visualization and effective communication to pinpoint opportunities for process optimization.

• Standardize metrics to enhance the efficiency of commercial operations.

• Act as the primary contact for international offices regarding data-related issues.

• Facilitate scoping meetings (in English) to outline local processes.

• Grasp the user journey and convert intricate business needs into technical specifications.

• Create and sustain executive and operational dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Organize report distribution in alignment with the company’s governance and security policies.

• Deliver presentations and conduct training sessions for teams around the world.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.

• Fluent or advanced English is essential for daily meetings and comprehending requirements with global teams.

• Demonstrated experience as a BI Analyst, supported by a portfolio showcasing the development of complex dashboards.

• Advanced skills in the Office Suite.

• High proficiency in Power BI and SQL.

• Previous experience in agribusiness or foreign trade is a plus.

• Intermediate/advanced Spanish is an advantage.

• Prior experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence for data analysis is a plus.
