Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain AI-driven dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to monitor pipeline, bookings, revenue, and sales performance.

• Leverage AI and agentic tools to enhance analysis, automate routine reporting and data preparation, and produce insights and narrative summaries, ensuring accuracy prior to leadership review.

• Examine pipeline, historical, and real-time data to identify trends, create forecasts, and aid in pipeline and revenue planning.

• Develop revenue, cost, and deal-margin models, supporting pricing analysis for healthcare data products.

• Prepare data, analytics, and demonstration materials that illustrate payment integrity, medical cost management, value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, and HEDIS/Star offerings.

• Provide data and analytics for RFPs and proposals.

• Monitor payer, market, competitor, and regulatory trends, translating findings into actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems, reports, and dashboards.

• Maintain CRM documentation and data integrity while addressing CRM and tooling issues.

• Support weekly sales calls and pipeline reviews.

• Assist the Sales Director team with demo environments, sales materials, and ad hoc deal and account analytics.

• Create executive presentations and sales decks with coherent, data-driven narratives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and GTM teams on analysis and strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of pertinent experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or sales operations.

• 2–3+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare or healthcare data/analytics (payer, provider, vendor, health-tech, or consulting).

• Proficient in SQL with practical experience in building dashboards using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Hands-on experience with AI and agentic AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to develop, automate, or expedite analytics and reporting tasks, with sound judgment in validating AI-generated outputs.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Fundamental financial and business understanding: comfortable with unit economics, margins, pricing, and financial reporting.

• Ability to distill data into insights and communicate them effectively, both in writing and verbally.

• Proven learning agility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.

• Must be available to work U.S. hours (Eastern Time).
