This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the commercial data architecture that supports pipeline visibility, retention tracking, forecasting, and service-line expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and executive leadership to establish and implement data-driven research and analytics strategies that directly drive new revenue growth and market expansion.
• Convert performance and sales metrics, investigations, and findings into actionable insights for creating compelling proposals and optimizing growth.
• Design and execute key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously monitor progress, identifying areas for intervention to maximize business impact.
• Proactively analyze and report on emerging trends in existing partnerships, uncovering root causes of performance fluctuations and recommending strategic follow-up actions to seize opportunities, mitigate risks, and guide executive decision-making.
• Manage the quarterly partner metrics database, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Utilize Power BI to develop and incorporate key performance metrics into partner review presentations.
• Create and compile analytical data packages to support partner expansion initiatives and executive-level strategic presentations.
• Effectively integrate data across various systems and applications to deliver cohesive analytics and reporting, revealing actionable insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Act as the subject matter expert for business intelligence by region, system, and account, delivering content through Power BI dashboards and other streamlined reporting systems, while collaborating with marketing and product teams on findings.
• Utilize external data platforms and APIs to acquire, cleanse, and structure extensive datasets for analytical and modeling projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably in healthcare research/analytics or growth/business development); equivalent education/experience combinations are accepted; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, strategy, or commercial analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with BI solutions (Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics, or similar) including query performance tuning, BI development, and translating complex data into clear, executive-ready reports and dashboards.
• 3+ years of hands-on SQL proficiency; advanced Excel skills for medium-to-large datasets; basic knowledge of DAX/Python and API-based ingestion/automation is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience with low-code digital and RPA tools; basic familiarity with PowerApps and SharePoint development is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in sales/healthcare research and analytics; experience in healthcare operations or sales environments is strongly preferred.
