Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to establish essential business metrics and gather requirements for scalable insights.

• Design and build data pipelines.

• Create new dashboards tailored for stakeholders.

• Maintain and enhance existing data infrastructure and dashboards in response to changing business needs.

• Publish and sustain clear documentation to educate users on a large scale.

• Collect feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Optimize and enhance data efficiency.

• Execute infrastructure modifications, optimize SQL queries and data workflows, and enhance data landing times.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and address gaps while aligning on solutions.

• Lead projects from inception to completion and provide strategic partnership to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.

• 5 years of experience in SQL coding.

• Proficiency in Python and/or other data scripting languages.

• Familiarity with business intelligence visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).

• Experience in querying, analyzing, and working with diverse data languages and platforms to explore large data sets.

• 4 years of experience in process management and improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.

• 3 years of experience working in a cloud environment (preferably AWS/Azure).

• Video cameras are required during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
