Senior Business Director – Malaysia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Meet personal quarterly and annual revenue and new business objectives, as established with the Group Director.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and agency stakeholders to create client-specific value propositions, positioning DoubleVerify as a strategic or preferred partner in the region.

• Advocate for DoubleVerify’s value proposition, best practices, and insights to our customers and industry peers through events, webinars, and various direct communication channels.

• Collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders (Client Partners, Account Management, Integrated Solution Directors) to bolster sales initiatives.

• Develop the growth strategy for your portfolio, providing clear direction on key client and agency stakeholders, as well as client/opportunity prioritization.

• Maintain the sales pipeline and activity, ensuring timely reporting through management and Salesforce as needed.

• Demonstrate accountability and ownership throughout all stages of client engagement: prospecting, presenting, and negotiating, while exhibiting a strong aptitude for customer service.

• Possess the ability to enhance partnerships through value and a talent for consultative selling.

• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Analyze and articulate information collaboratively with the product team.

• Attend industry events and promptly follow up with generated leads.


⛳️ Requirements

• A proven and clear track record in winning new business is essential.

• Experience in managing or selling solutions within advertising technology, data, or related online advertising solutions.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking ability to identify a brand's key business objectives and challenges, and to translate these into compelling value propositions.

• Proven skills in building a strong pipeline to support business growth.

• A team-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience in collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and sales.

• Extensive connections within Malaysia's advertisers and agencies, coupled with strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams, and planning cycles.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Effective communication skills throughout the organization.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration and teamwork as central to your approach.

• Proficient in crafting strong presentations and possessing excellent communication skills.

• High attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a positive, proactive attitude.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.

• Fluency in English is required.
