This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively discover, research, and connect with potential clients within hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and provider organizations.
• Take ownership of the outreach strategy and execution for your designated territory or sector using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, events, etc.).
• Develop thoughtful and personalized messaging that addresses the challenges faced by healthcare leaders in managed care, contracting, reimbursement, and financial performance.
• Inform prospects about Unlock Health Consulting’s offerings, including analytics, contract modeling, negotiations, strategic communications, and implementation assistance.
• Schedule qualified meetings and support early-stage discovery alongside the Sales and Consulting teams.
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns, content strategies, and lead nurturing initiatives.
• Monitor outreach performance, pipeline activities, and lead quality to continually enhance conversion rates.
• Provide market feedback, insights on provider pain points, and competitive information to the broader GTM team.
• Maintain engagement with interested prospects until they are prepared for more in-depth discussions with consultants and subject matter experts.
• Opportunity to mentor junior BDR/SDRs and contribute to process enhancements and best practices as the team expands.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, SDR/BDR, healthcare outreach, partnerships, or roles focused on pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing pipeline and meeting targets.
• Strong business acumen, enabling you to quickly grasp provider challenges and align them with our consulting solutions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to engage senior healthcare stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach; you test, learn, and adapt.
• Excellent organizational skills and self-direction, capable of managing multiple outreach efforts and follow-up processes effectively.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
