• The Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) is essential in guiding potential buyers through the sales funnel.
• You will interact with inbound leads—primarily Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)—while also managing recycled leads and opportunities for re-engagement.
• Your primary goal will be to qualify prospects, nurture initial interest, and schedule high-quality appointments for our Account Executives.
• Act as a liaison between the BDR team and the BDR Manager, highlighting activity trends, obstacles, and successes.
• Assist in the onboarding and coaching of new BDRs on processes, tools, and best practices.
• Take ownership of small projects that facilitate pipeline generation.
• Cultivate relationships and ensure top-of-funnel excellence through cross-functional collaboration.
• Meet performance targets with approximately 40–50 outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn interactions) daily, aiming to generate 12–16 qualified sales opportunities each month.
• Conduct initial outreach to inbound leads within 24 hours.
• Possess 2+ years of BDR/SDR or equivalent sales development experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, ideally within the B2B/SaaS or enterprise software sector.
• Comfortable taking on informal leadership roles—communicating team progress to management and supporting colleagues without formal authority.
• Open to experimenting with new tools and methods to discover what effectively generates pipeline.
• Willing to utilize AI tools to enhance outreach quality and efficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills—capable of maintaining momentum while managing a high volume of leads.
• A self-starter motivated to excel in sales and receptive to feedback throughout the process.
• Clear communicator who actively listens and builds rapport with diverse individuals.
• Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other relevant software is essential.
• A natural problem solver who remains proactive and results-oriented.
• Eager to learn, grow, multi-task, and embrace new challenges.
• Experience in informally leading, mentoring, or supporting peers is an advantage.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to support you and your family's health.
• A 401(k) plan with company matching to assist you in saving for the future.
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO) and holidays to ensure you have ample time to recharge.
• Opportunities for continuous learning, including access to training resources, workshops, and conferences.
• Fully remote work with a generous monthly home office allowance.
• Regular team-building activities, company events, and an inclusive work culture that prioritizes diversity and collaboration.
