This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to pinpoint high-growth companies.

• Engage with Engineering, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Executive leadership teams.

• Create and sustain high-quality outbound prospect lists utilizing advanced sourcing tools.

• Implement personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

• Use parallel dialers to ensure a high volume of outbound calls daily.

• Assess prospects, uncover specific technical hiring requirements, and arrange meetings for the Account Executive team.

• Keep detailed CRM records and monitor all activities to maintain data integrity.

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies based on real-time market insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in a high-volume cold calling and outbound sales setting.

• Practical experience with parallel dialers to enhance outreach efforts.

• Established success in lead sourcing and LinkedIn outreach.

• Strong pipeline management abilities and experience in the SaaS or Tech sector.

• An active and professional presence on LinkedIn.

• A competitive "hunter" mentality focused on surpassing KPIs.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to navigate objections and engage stakeholders at the executive level.

• **Nice-to-Haves**

• Experience in B2B sales or the recruitment/staffing domain.

• Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or Outreach.

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
