This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create a robust pipeline by engaging in outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and participating in events, while scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Identify, research, and connect with decision-makers within fintech companies and financial institutions throughout North America.
• Comprehend the needs of prospects and effectively communicate Flagright’s value proposition in a compelling and customized manner.
• Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities, ensuring strong coverage to meet quota expectations.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with prospects, advancing them into qualified, sales-ready opportunities.
• Design and implement highly personalized outreach strategies based on thorough account research.
• Keep accurate CRM records while tracking outreach efforts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with Account Executives to facilitate a seamless transition and advancement of deals.
• Collaborate with the GTM team to enhance messaging, campaigns, and outbound strategies.
• Represent Flagright at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across North America.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a B2B SaaS BDR.
• Relevant industry expertise in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, acquired directly or through closely related positions.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, and confident.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting, with resilience towards rejection.
• Capable of conducting in-depth account research and creating personalized, relevant outreach efforts.
• Organized and disciplined in managing the pipeline, maintaining CRM hygiene, and conducting follow-ups.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment with shifting priorities.
• Quick learner who can articulate complex products effectively.
• Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time.
