This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• As the primary point of contact for our prospects, you establish the right foundation immediately.
• Communication occurs via email, phone, chat, or video, where you make a strong impression from the very first moment.
• You uncover the true needs behind each request and clearly differentiate between promising opportunities and less relevant leads.
• By asking targeted questions and probing further, you gain insights into pain points and context.
• The gathered insights are translated into a clear and structured preparation for the sales team.
• At the same time, you ensure that all information is accurately and comprehensively recorded in our tools and CRM.
• You schedule quality follow-up meetings with the Business Developer and ensure that each meeting is thoroughly prepared, with clear next steps.
• Finally, you monitor the quality of the pipeline and actively increase the chances of conversion.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a B2B business environment.
• You hold a degree in an economic field or equivalent.
• You possess excellent communication skills.
• You have a proactive attitude, a driven and entrepreneurial personality with a focus on business.
• You are analytical, allowing you to make connections and demonstrate empathy.
• You enjoy delving into the situation of your conversation partner, but can also translate your mindset into results-oriented actions.
• You have a keen interest in processes and software in general, and ERP software in particular.
• Experience in the graphic industry is a significant plus (studies and/or experience in a graphic production company).
• Knowledge of MultiPress is certainly a plus, but not a requirement.
