This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Drive substantial efficiency and process enhancement throughout fast-paced business operations.
• Develop, manage, and refine essential reporting frameworks, including advanced dashboards, scorecards, and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Utilize sophisticated data analytics and comprehensive business analysis to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and proactively address operational gaps.
• Actively seek out, advocate for, and implement strategic enhancements in operational efficiency and process optimization.
• Work closely with various teams, including operations, IT, and leadership, to accelerate field performance and improve business outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Build and sustain robust, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels across multiple functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product Management & IT) to ensure seamless operational alignment, foster consensus, and achieve targeted business results.
• Create and implement Go-To-Market strategies to boost revenue in strategic markets and partnerships globally.
• Exhibit strong skills in relationship building, listening, influencing, communication, and facilitation. Collaborate with the field sales team to cultivate strong working relationships with Sales Leaders, Channel Partners, and System Integrators to support sales strategies for NetSec solutions - Coordinate with sales to align resources and assist in the development and execution of sales initiatives.
• 8+ years of experience in Go-To-Market and/or Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field (Master's degree is highly preferred).
• Alternatively, equivalent military experience is acceptable.
• Strong organizational abilities, self-motivated, and adept at quickly identifying and resolving inefficiencies within the business.
• Extensive experience in working with data and analytics.
• A mission-oriented, collaborative team player with a commitment to making a significant impact.
• Previous experience in Sales is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of creating and managing initiatives across various cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
